How much does shipping cost from CollectTheHobby.com?

Shipping on all products is free to the USA all of the time!  We unfortunately add $10 S&H to all international orders to cover the very high cost of postage.  International orders will need to be declared with the full purchase value as well, thanks for understanding.

Are there any taxes?

Massachusetts residents must add 6.25% for sales tax.

How long does shipping take?

It varies depending on where you are and what you purchase. To keep costs down we use a combination of USPS and FedEx. This makes delivery times between a week and two weeks on average to most places. If it may be longer because of the manufacturer, we will note that on the product page.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards through our shopping cart. We also accept Paypal payments of all kinds (e-checks must clear prior to shipping). Lastly we also accept cash, check, or money order through the mail. Personal checks also need to clear prior to shipping.

What if I am not happy with my purchase?

Contact us to return the item(s) within 14 days and we will process a full refund via the same method you paid.

What is the official Refund and Exchange Policy?

Returns - Our policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Trading cards must be returned with the seal still intact.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable) - In some cases we can exchange your item for another. You need to email us about this for approval first.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should strongly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is a problem and there is no tracking attached.

Do you have a history of online sales to reference?

We have successfully sold thousands of items on ebay and you can view actual customer comments here. In addition were among the original Premium Sellers in the sports memorabilia category on Yahoo auctions. We have always kept up to date and also have references of successful deals on social media as well.

Do you have a Privacy Policy?

We have comprehensive privacy policy that protects our customers. The main premise is that we NEVER sell your information or use it maliciously in any way. We use your payment information only to process payments and your contact information to communicate and deliver products. We track which pages are visited most on our site and/or what kinds of products visitors search for in order to better serve our customers.  We have no other uses of your information.
